POLICIES
 

• Please be ready to begin classes and appointments on time.

• Please set your phone to silent and step outside if you need to make a call.

• Please refrain from using heavy perfume or cologne in respect of others.

• Comfortable clothing without zippers or buttons is preferred, and socks are suggested but not required.

• Ortho-Bionomy® in Asheville accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments:  Happy Body has a 'day before by 6pm' cancellation policy in effect for all sessions. If you do not show up for your scheduled session or class, you will be charged for that session. As practitioners, part of our agreement with you is that we will be on time and prepared for each session. We hope that you will offer us the same respect. We ask that you please cancel an appointment with us by 6pm the day before to avoid being charged for that session. Thank you for your understanding.

Workshops $80 and over: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled class will be issued a full refund minus a 15% transaction fee or full credit toward a future class. Cancellations made 20 days prior to class will be issued a 70% credit towards a future class. Cancellations made 10 days prior to the class will be issued a 50% credit towards a future class. No credit or refunds will be issued after the commencement of the course. Registrations may be transferred to others at any time provided they have completed any necessary prerequisites. Course payment is due in full to register and reserve your space. Full refunds or course credit will be issued if the class is cancelled for any reason.

Please communicate any cancellation via phone (828-277-5741) or email info@orthobionomy.net.  Separate communication with your practitioner/instructor is considered secondary.
