This class covers the history, philosophy, principles, and methods of Ortho-Bionomy and provides an overview of the fundamental techniques for working with the spine, pelvis, and ribcage. Phase Four techniques utilize movement and positions of comfort to facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress by stimulating the self-corrective reflexes of the body which help the body create structural alignment and balance from within.

Class will be held at a magical cabin surrounded by 40 acres of beauty in Boonville, NC.

The cabin features a wide open space for class time and high-soaring ceilings with beautiful views of the surrounding forest. A large deck offers comfortable space to enjoy the view and sounds of the babbling creek, and easy walking trails provide an opportunity to connect with nature.
