Terms and Policies

POLICIES:

• Please refrain from using heavy perfume or cologne in respect of others.

• For Ortho-Bionomy sessions and classes, comfortable clothing without zippers or buttons is preferred, and socks are suggested but not required.

• We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, Venmo, and paypal. Payment plans can be arranged upon request.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments:  

We adhere to the 'day before by 6pm' cancellation policy for all sessions. If you do not show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged for that session. We ask that you please cancel an appointment with us by 6pm the day before to avoid being charged for that session. Thank you for your understanding.

Courses $80 and over: 

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled class have the option to receive a full refund minus a 15% transaction fee or 100% credit toward a future class. Cancellations made 29-11 days prior to the class have the option to receive 70% refund or 90% credit toward a future class. Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to the class have the option of 50% refund or 75% credit towards a future class. No credit or refunds will be issued after the commencement of the course.

There are no expiration dates to credit issued. Registrations may be transferred to others at any time provided they have completed any necessary prerequisites. Course payment is due in full to register and reserve your space. Full refunds or course credit will be issued if the class is cancelled for any reason.

Courses under $80:  

Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the scheduled class will be issued a full refund minus a 15% transaction fee or full credit toward a future class. Cancellations made 7 days prior to class will be issued a 50% credit towards a future class. No credit or refunds will be issued after the commencement of the course.
