Theme: Playing with Reflexes

Ortho-Bionomy labs offer time to gather informally as we continue to expand our capacity through curiosity, study, and practice together. Each lab will have a loose theme as a starting point, and we want you to bring your questions and notions each time, too. Labs are open to anyone who has taken at least one Ortho-Bionomy class. Some exceptions can be made; if you are interested and have not yet taken a class, please inquire. Feel free to bring paper and writing implement of choice if you are a note taker. Books and other resources are welcome. None is required. Please bring a pillow case and a sheet in case we are drawn to the tables. There is plenty we can explore without them.

There is no cost to attend a lab, though we do appreciate knowing you plan to join us so we can plan accordingly. Please email us info@orthobiononomy.net and let us know!
