Phase 5, Fluid Releases and Techniques (Online) Jessica Mark

Phase 5 arises as the physical and energetic qualities of the body begin to merge in order for the system to release and reorganize. By incorporating a clear sense of right timing and presence, the practitioner learns functional skills to follow a client’s self-corrective movements as the stimulus for change and balance. Expand the layers of perception by honing listening and sensing skills through hands-on techniques and embodying the art of doing nothing.  Students will be able to increase proprioceptive awareness, understand the difference between guiding and following movement, and develop keen listening and observing skills.
