This class covers the history, philosophy, principles, and methods of Ortho-Bionomy® and provides an overview of the fundamental techniques for working with the spine, pelvis, and ribcage. Learn to feel the body's instinctive ability to respond through hands-on practical skills. Phase 4 techniques utilize movement and positions of comfort to facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress by stimulating the self-corrective reflexes of the body which help the body create structural alignment and balance from within.
