This class offers an in-depth, embodied experience and understanding of the digestive system from the inside out. Rooted in Ortho-Bionomy principles and techniques, this class will include the anatomy, physiology, and interrelationships of the digestive system organs, including the esophagus, stomach, small and large intestine, liver, gallbladder and pancreas. We will explore the whole digestive tract with its intricate connections and internal timing aspects, as well as the relationships between the nervous system of the gut and gut knowingness within ourselves as well as others.
Participants will receive recordings and PDF files with the anatomy and physiology as well as exercises to explore the digestive system within themselves. These materials will be sent out at least one month before the class.
