This course offers continuing education for bodyworkers, movement educators, and anyone interested in supporting the body’s self-corrective reflexes and innate healing abilities. No prerequisites or prior bodywork experience are required—this class is open to all.
In this class, you’ll explore the history, philosophy, principles, and methods of Ortho-Bionomy® while gaining hands-on experience with foundational techniques for working with the joints of the arms and legs. Learn to engage the body’s natural responses through Phase 4 techniques, which use gentle movement and positions of comfort to release muscular tension, reduce stress, and stimulate self-corrective reflexes. These techniques promote structural alignment and balance from within, empowering the body to heal itself.
