ONLINE Study Group: Introduction to Cranial -- An Ortho-Bionomy ® Approach

In this introductory class, we will explore cranial techniques through the lens of Ortho-Bionomy, a holistic approach that emphasizes the body’s innate ability to self-correct and find balance. Gentle, non-invasive cranial techniques will be explored helping to support the nervous system, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. We’ll cover foundational concepts such as the relationship between the cranial bones, the spirals of the cranium, and how the fluid dynamics of the cerebrospinal fluid affect overall health and well-being. This class will emphasize sensitivity, awareness, and deep listening skills to encourage connections with the subtle rhythms of the cranial system and apply Ortho-Bionomy principles for effective and compassionate touch.

Whether you are new to cranial techniques or looking to deepen your practice, this course will provide a grounded, integrative approach to supporting the body’s self-healing processes.
